Experience what it is like to live like a Shaolin monk.

Held at: HealthKick Kung Fu

The day will consist of kung fu, taiji, qigong and meditation. 

For sitting meditation you may sit on floor cushions or in a chair.

Explore for yourself how each complements each other and informs your practice. 

Open to the general public. 

Here is a sample schedule:

  • 9:30 AM – 10:15 AM Warmups, Taiji & Qigong
  • 10:15 AM – 11:30 AM Kung Fu
  • 11:30 AM – 11:45 AM Break
  • 11:45 AM – 12:30 AM Sitting and Walking Meditation
