The retreat is a combination of Taiji, Qigong & Sitting Meditation. No technology. There are scheduled breaks.
It is designed to allow you to decompress, fully inhabit the body, still the mind and reconnect to your inner resources.

Here is a sample schedule:
- 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM Taiji & Qigong
- 10:30 AM – 10:45 AM Break
- 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM Sitting Meditation
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Lunch
- 1:00 PM – 1:45 PM Taiji & Qigong
- 1:45 PM – 3:30 PM Sitting Meditation
