Become a Monthly Supporter and train this schedule weekly:
- Shaolin Kung Fu Practice (3 hours)
- Qigong or Meditation Practice (2 hours)
- Buddhist ritual or sutra study (30 minutes)
This is the suggested weekly practice. Shaolin Chan Wu (Shaolin Zen Martial Arts) training is held exclusively at HealthKick Kung Fu. You must participate in the regular Kung Fu classes for 6 months before meditation and qigong is introduced. There is flexibility on how to schedule the week.
